How do you clean a permanent display of artificial plants? The plants cannot be removed from the display. There are a variety of artificial plants. We have flowers, ivy, and small grasses.

Vacuum the dirt off if possible or blow the dirt off using the high setting on a blow dryer. You could spray a mist of water on the plants to clean them if they're displayed so that the water wouldn't damage anything else in the display.
Oh my...you just brought back a memory for me of when I worked in a fast food restaurant and my job was to clean the artificial plants between the booths. I had to go around with a spray bottle with Windex in it and give a light spritz and then using a cotton rag (this was long before microfiber) gently rub both sides.
Now you may be able to do it easier with a microfiber clothe or if you can blow the dirt away from the display--using canned air to spray it away or a shop vac if it has a low setting and won't destroy the plants.
I would use a feather duster if I were you.
First blow off dust/dirt with hair dryer or use brush attachment on vacuum.Because your flowers are stationary, you have to use water and towels to hand clean arrangement. This will take time, and dont forget to refresh your water!
