I would use mild soap and warm water.
Sadly I have never been able to afford one of those bags, but I know a friend who invalidated her warranty when cleaning hers....so I recommend contacting the company and talking to them to find out their solutions.

I agree that you should contact Dooney & Bourke about how to clean and what to clean with as they will know exactly what type of material in on the inside of your bag.
