I have a Clorox stain on my husband's very expensive Haverety golf polo shirt.
How can I repair or get the Clorox stain out of this very nice shirt?

Clorox actually removes the color so it is not a stain as anyone normally thinks of a stain.
You may be able to find a fabric marker at one of the craft stores (Michael's, JoAnn's) that matches the color of the shirt other wise you might have to find an iron-on or sew-on golf patch to cover the spot.
You removed the color, or bleached it out. You could try to get the exact color dye or a sharpie. I'm not sure it will be an exact match.
First, is there an insignia on it? That messes up the whole plan. I've tried using a marker on small bleach spots, but with no success, although I have a friend who has successfully used a black marker on a black cotton shirt. I would opt to dye the entire shirt. One thing to consider is the fabric. Synthetics don't take and hold dye like cotton fabrics do. RIT fabric dye, however, makes a formula for synthetics, which I assume would work for cotton/synthetic blends. I would try to find a color, as close as possible to the original color of the shirt and dye the whole thing it by soaking for an extended period of time - a day or two.
