Yield: several servings
Ingredients:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup cream or half and half
- 1/2 cup white corn syrup
- 1 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla
Steps:
- Place sugar, cocoa, cream, and syrup over low heat and cook slowly until it forms a soft ball when tested in cold water.
- Remove from heat. Add vanilla and beat until creamy.
- Drop on to oiled paper or pour into a greased plate or pan.
