I am looking for a recipe for wonderful coffee bars. Mom used to make one with spices, raisins, molasses, etc. and they were delicious. I can't seem to find anything that seems to be close to those ingredients. Any recipes out there?

I don't suppose this is quite the recipe you are looking for since it does not contain molasses but it is really good and it came from the 1957 Betty Crocker cookbook.
Cinnamon Coffee Bars
Cream together: 1/4 cup soft shortening, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 egg.
Stir in: 1/2 cup prepared, strong coffee.
Sift together and stir in: 1-1/2 cups flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp (or more to taste) cinnamon.
Blend in: 1/2 cup. seedless raisins, 1/2 cup nuts.
Bake in 10X10 pan for about 35 minutes at 350.
Make frosting glaze if desired and string over top.
This is the recipe I always use. Easy mix up and taste great with coffrr, tea or milk.
