Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
• 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup nuts
• 2 Tbsp. flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil and sour cream and mix until well blended. Combine nuts, flour, sugar and cinnamon. Alternate the 2 mixtures. Cut through several times to marbleize. Bake at 350 degrees F for 55 minutes in a greased and floured angel food or bundt cake pan.
