As odd as it sounds, I keep a package of the round coffee filters in my quake kit. If you've ever been in a quake of some size, and seen the debris floating around in the air after, it's not something you want to breathe. Cracked walls could have lead paint particles, etc. Fold the filter in half, and hold over your nose and mouth. It also works for straining drinking water.
You never know how many aftershocks there might be. The filters will hold you over until supplies can be upgraded, but they are not more than an emergency substitute.

Can this filter, dry but impregnated with Lysol, be used for coronavirus?
If you are concerned about viruses, you need to get the proper type of medical mask. A coffee filter, even with Lysol would not be protection. I would go to a medical supply store and make sure to get one that is impervious to viruses.
Here is an article from the CDC about preventing infection from the flu virus. It should have some helpful information. I've also included one about preventing the corona virus specifically.

Thank you for your reply and links.
And yes, I am concerned because in my area, stores already run out of masks.
I saw a recent tip to look for welding masks, as they are rated higher than medical masks. That might be an option for you as people may not think of using them.
