I have a Collector's Choice Bisque Porcelain Doll, her name is Kiara. She's a musical doll that plays 'Frere Jacques'. She also has a Certificate of Authenticity. I can't find anything about this doll.

You may not be able to find this exact doll but as a general rule most of these dolls were mass produced and very few sell for over $25-$35.
Also, the market is flooded with dolls of all brands, styles, sizes which usually means it may take months/years for any particular doll to sell and a very high percentage never sell.
Usually the larger dolls, 18-35", will sell for a little more money but they are also difficult to ship. Many dolls arrive broken and money may have to be refunded.
You can check out eBay's sold listings to see what people are paying for similar dolls.

I found a doll with the same label as your doll Gift Gallery Bisque Porcelain Wind-up Animated Musical Doll "Geensleeves" KMART www.ebay.co.uk/
So, the price of your doll is about $12-17.
All these dolls, originally purchased for investment purposes, are worth far less than what people paid for them. You would be lucky to get $25, and that is only if it were never taken out of the box.
