I want to purchase curtains for my living room, but am stuck on the color. My walls are off-white/beige, my rug is tan, the couch is gold on gold, and the 2 chairs which are in front of the windows are striped in shades of gold and an olive green. Any ideas?

Off white or cream would be the best choices.
Sounds like a lot of neutral tones and gold so maybe a light green would be nice... If you want to go bold, try a green and copper mix
I think a room full of neutrals is always in need for a pop of color! I would recomend a solid rich olive green to tie your chairs into the rest of the room!
Large window? Maybe darker olive green side panels with gold sheer panels center. You may want to look at some throw pillows while you are shopping and pick out something to add more or different colors to your room.
