When I make my bed I tuck the blanket under the mattress. I sit on my bed a lot so me getting in and out of bed makes the blanket slide to one side. About every 3 days I fix it. I also have a 3memory foam pad on top of the mattress so clips won't work. How do I fix this or is there a different blanket I can buy that won't do this?

Fleece blankets dont slip. Smooth fabrics do.

Non slip material or you can velcrove it on each sides.
Do you have top sheets? In the winter, I use a fitted sheet, then I use a top sheet, the blanket, and another top sheet or blanket and tuck each in separately (vs. tucking them all together). This seems to work to prevent slipping, as like you, I am constantly sitting on the edge of the bed.
Durng the winter months, they normally sell a set of fleece sheets you can buy. Try using them inbetween the blankets to help them from slipping off your bed.
