Complimentary Cake Decorating

I always thought purchasing cakes from the bakery section were grab and go unless you fill out a custom form sheet. But, during bakery hours - you can get them iced with your request for free.

I have done this at Albertsons, Vons and Costco. I am sure it's complimentary at other locations as well.
