Confederate Jasmine Turned Brown After Ice Storm?

My confederate jasmine has turned brown in the Atlanta ice storm. Is it dead, or will it releaf? It's 5 years old and well established.

Leave it in place, water as normal, and wait until Easter or so. If there is no sign of green by Easter, clip off part of one branch and look at the cut ends. If there is green inside, you might still save it; if it's all brown and dry and hard, it may very well be gone beyond help. Good luck!
