All recipes are so easy to convert. If you just want to make a serving for 1 or 2 people and the recipe you have makes 4 servings you just cut it in half. If it makes 6 servings you cut it in thirds, and if it makes 8 servings you cut it in forths.
There are so many recipes made just for this product that it seems you could just use these and improvise when necessary.
This site has the manual to download (and print if necessary) which has a lot of very good recipes.
