Instead of cooking daily, why not cook in bulk. Items like rice, meat, poultry, lentils and beans can be frozen after it is cooked.
Rice: Cook 2 to 3 kg (about 5 lbs.) rice in plenty of water. When the grain doubles in size, drain in a sieve and cool. Add a little oil so the grain doesn't stick together.
Measure by cups and freeze in zip lock bags. 1 cup basmati rice yields 2 to 3 cups of cooked rice
Poultry and Meat: Marinate 2 to 3 kg (about 5 lbs.) in lemon juice. Cook on low heat until tender and juicy. Cool.
Freeze in zip lock bags as desired. Make 1/2 kg or quarter kg bags as need be.

Another option that fits this idea is to cook different food that you can freeze and heat for later meals.
Slow cooker: cook chicken (without bones) and freeze. Later the chicken can be thawed and microwaved (heated) for chicken salad, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Fahitas or whatever else you can think of.
Grill: cook steak, chicken, ham, burgers, hotdogs and other meats that you can heat up for meals in a microwave. Flavor them up with whatever seasoning you like before freezing.
