Google the manufacturer to find the website (look on the box, sometimes they print their URL on the box) and then use their search feature to find your manual. Most manufacturers will charge you for a printed copy, or offer you a free download.
I've used this many times to find manuals for appliances I've bought used, and for items I bought new but lost the manual for.
Or Google it. I found this by putting in george forman manual

which gives you dozens. Hope that helps.
