You can cook almost anything in a microwave pressure cooker that can be cooked in a regular pressure cooker - you just have to use amounts that fit your microwave cooker and follow basic instructions for your brand.
I would suggest you send your question to the brand name company and ask your question so you will feel comfortable using recipes.
These companies usually have handy recipes they will give you. They also have recipe books but these can also be found online for only a few dollars. You can also ask the company for instructions on how to use your cooker.
They are usually very accommodating.
One reason to ask the company about this particular recipe is that not every recipe says you have to soak your beans overnight as there are just as many recipes using non-soak as soaking so it could be your preference.
