Ingredients:

• ½ cup + ½ Tbsp unbleached white flour
• ½ cup yellow cornmeal
• 2 Tbsp white sugar
• 1 Tbsp baking powder
• ½ tsp table salt
• 2 Tbsp vegetable oil

Steps:

1. Whisk together dry ingredients.

 
2. Slowly add the oil, mixing until it is smooth.
