If anyone has developed a copycat recipe I cannot find it.
There are plenty of pork chop recipes but most recommend using McCormick's which it appears has been discontinued but maybe not as it is not on their discontinued list and some Amazon sellers are selling these with an April delivery date.

Some sellers on eBay have some for sale at about $16 - $20 for 3 packs. Sad..
McCormick's has been having problems acquiring ingredients for some of their other products so this may just be another one and it may be back on the market in a few weeks or so.
Recipes are scarce for just this way of cooking pork chops but it appears Kroger has a similar bag but may not be anything like McCormick's. I'm not sure you can even find this.
There is also a Sauer's similar but no idea of ingredients.

I did find this one recipe but never tried it:

You may just have to find a seasoning mix/rub that you like and buy some of the oven bags and try creating a recipe that suits you and your family.
I feel sure other members will be along soon with lots of suggestions.
My friend uses this blend: 2 T smoked paprika, 1 T salt, 1 T black pepper, 1 T brown sugar, 1 t. garlic powder, 1 t. onion powder, 1/2 t. ground mustard, 1/2 t. cayenne pepper.
This sounds like it could be very similar to McCormick's. I'm going to try it tonight.
It was pretty good! I didn't have enough paprika though, so next time should be even better. Thanks.
It seems that this is a secret recipe. McCormick probably has a copyright on it. You can look at the ingredients on the package and experiment until you get something acceptable.
