There are very few copy-cat recipes for discontinued McCormick products so you may have to try making your own and experiment with different spices and herbs that you like.
I can say this; I have used their Pork Chop Bag 'n Seasoning and although it may not meet the same taste as Top Chop, it is pretty good and sometimes convenience overrides the sought after taste.

garlic powder
cayenne pepper
smidgen of sugar
