I have never eaten this spread, so I dont know what it tastes like. You can try this copycat version and judge for yourself. fabulesslyfrugal.com/
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1-2 teaspoons Kosher salt
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons dried marjoram
Seems like all of these recipes are copycat for Johnnys Garlic Spread & Seasoning but they do sound very good.

Here is the only "copycat" from McCormick's web site (it does "say" sprinkles.

A good tip:
Test Kitchen Tip: For best results, use a coffee grinder to combine ingredients. This will make a finer grind and allow the flavors to blend better.
This is a web site to a grocery store line that I have occasionally found "rare" blends but you will have to ask them to please check all of their stores as there are too many to call yourself.
The sprinkler are very different..And weren't very good. The regular garlic and the garlic and spreads were awesome. I truly miss the garlic and herb one. Only thing I miss equally is the bell brand garlic dip mix. Oh and brachs Neapolitan candy.
There are several of these that I miss and cannot find a very good "copycat" so it seems that McCormick has something special going on that cannot be easily copied.
Hope you can find a better substitute and please let us know if you do.
