Cornish Game Hens

Ingredients:

• 2 Cornish game hens
• 2 tsp. seasoned salt
• Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning to taste

Directions:

Preheat grill on low. Rinse game hens and pat dry. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and Mrs. Dash seasoning. Skewer game hens on rotisserie. Grill over hot coals for 1 1/2-2 hours or until cooked through. Cut each game hen into halves before serving.
