This salad is based on two items that I don't particularly care for individually, but taste wonderful when combined. Here are two versions, that is especially good for the warm months. It is quick, healthy, inexpensive, and there can be so many combinations with the choices of ingredients and spices. The recipe here is for one person, and can easily be increased for more people.
