I have an Aeropostale logo on my work shirts. Actually two of them, and my boss just told me after 3 months of wearing them that I cannot wear them with the logos. I don't want to go out and pay $18 a piece + S/H for shirts for my job that have their logo. (We can wear plain red no logo of any type). So I have tried fabric paint and it just well...see picture upload. I don't have a clue as to how to remove the embroidery without putting a hole in my favorite work shirts! And these are so comfortable and cool because I am in and out of hot and cold weather with my job probably about 30 times a day, and it makes the fabric look really stiff if that makes any sense. Any help would be very much appreciated!

Get something called a seam ripper. You can get it on amazon or any sewing store. Turn on your favorite tv show and carefully hook only the thread, not the underlying fabric. I have successfully removed personalization so I or my children could use the item.
Essentially you will need to undo the stitching. It is going to be tedious, but you will need some tweezers and a seam ripper. (If you are very experienced, some can use a sharp knife).
Or do you know if you can:
Good luck! Hope you figure it out.
