This is a delicious, easy salad that is low in calories and has only 3 points per cup using the Weight Watcher's Points Plus system.
Cook, drain and cool the No Yolk noodles.
Add the peas, broccoli, onion, and crab meat. Add the Parmesan Alfredo and toss to coat all the ingredients.
Refrigerate and serve cooled.

Sorry, I forgot to include the crab meat in the recipe. I used an 8 ounce package of Louis Kemp's Healthy Crab Delights fully cooked crab meat. I used the leg style and cut them into pieces, but the flake style would work as well. I added the crab meat with the peas and onions.
