Craft Stick Crate Gift Basket - pink tissue paper and small gifts Here is a cute mini gift basket you can make out of simple craft sticks. This crate measures about 5.25" L x 2.75" W x 2.5" H. It is a great size for smaller gifts!

Total Time: 35 minutes

Supplies:

12 large craft sticks
4 small craft sticks
hot glue
scissors
craft wire

Steps:

Cut off both ends of the large craft sticks (rounded).

3 of them you will want to cut in half, totaling 6 pieces for the sides.

Lay down 2 smaller craft sticks and glue 3 craft sticks to it (for the base). Make sure it is spaced properly so the sides can fit.

Craft Stick Crate Gift Basket - make sure the edges for flush, trim off the excess of the 2 smaller sticks

Trim the excess smaller craft sticks off and save for next step.
You will want to trace the saved excess craft stick and cut 6 more pieces.

Now you are ready to glue your craft sticks.

The remainder of the smaller craft sticks will look like this on the inside.

Craft Stick Crate Gift Basket - glue the remaining small stick pieces in place in the corners

Optional - Round and trim craft wire to make handles and hot glue on the inside of both sides.

Add tissue paper and gifts inside. Optional: Punch out hearts as confetti and put inside.
