Craftsman Mower Won't Start?

I just replaced my serpentine belt and the battery on my late 80s model Craftsman riding mower. It won't even turn the lights on or crank. Would it most likely be the starter solenoid?

It could be the starter solenoid or even a faulty wire on the chassis. I would try and jump start it with a screwdriver first to see if this works. After, check the wires on the chassis.
