I have a Craftsman model 917.258663 46" with the 19.5hp B&S I/C platinum turbo cool engine. I am having a no crank/no start issue. I replaced the blade drive safety switch, the seat safety switch, the brake safety switch, starter solenoid, and the ignition switch. I have a fresh battery. When I turn the key, it does absolutely nothing. Not even a hint of a click. I've checked all the wiring. All good. What could I possibly be missing here?

Did you check the carburetor and fuel line?
What about spark plugs, and filter!
If you replaced the safety switch under the seat this could be an issue. There should be a way for you to reset the switch so it will start the mower.
