My Craftsman 42" 19.0 mower started yesterday immediately after winter storage, but now won't start although it turns over. It has plenty gas, oil, and battery power.

Check spark plugs, and filter. These 2 can also keep your mower from starting!
After a mower has set for a long period of time the gas in the tank can get old which will cause the fuel lines to plug up and the mower to not start. Flush out the gas tank and fuel lines and clean the carburetor to see if this helps.
Glad you may have your mower working for you.
Could you please let us know about problems they found so maybe your answer could help someone else in the future?
