Craftsman Riding Mower Won't Start with New Ignition Switch?

I have replaced the battery, solenoid, and ignition switch. With the key on, the mower button will click and activate so I know I have power. The new battery is fully charged. I have located, and verified that the safety switches are making contact and continuity. I can make the tractor run by jumping across the solenoid and kill the engine by turning off the key. But it will not start with the key.
