My mower was running normally when smoke started to come out of engine. Now it won't crank over. All fluid levels are full and normal.

You need spark, compression, power and air in order for this lawn mower to run.
Smoke coming out of an engine is a sign it is overheated. Let it cool down and try again. If it starts, see if it overheats again. If it does, get it serviced.
Did you check for a nest in the under pinnings?
This is a regular problem among our friends with riders kept in sheds. Between mice and wasps, there is always something trying to make a home in the underside.
Once they get the nest cleared, all is well.
