This ketchup goes with anything from cream cheese on crackers to a turkey sandwich to pork chops. You can also use homemade cranberry sauce as I do. It works just fine.
Over medium heat, combine everything but the flour and water. Bring to a boil.
In a small bowl, combine the flour and hot water and stir together to make a very smooth paste. Add flour paste mixture to cranberry mixture, stirring until mixture thickens. Remove from heat, cover and chill for 8 hours or overnight so that the flavors will blend well together.
Refrigerate in an airtight container.
