A tasty spread for sandwiches is cranberry sauce mixed with mayonnaise. It's especially nice on turkey sandwiches. You can start with half and half proportions, and adjust to taste.

Does anyone know how to make cranberry mayo? I had it on a bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich at a restaurant. It had a little sweet taste, but it was very good. However, they would not give out the recipe.

I came across this awhile back. I have no idea where I read it.
Cranberry Mayo
1/2 tsp. mustard
2 1/2 Tbsp. mayo
2 1/2 Tbsp. cranberry sauce
Mix together.
Makes me laugh when restaurants won't share at least the main ingredients as if they have some great secret - LOL ;-) I've always whisked together equal amounts of jellied cranberry sauce and mayonnaise.
Think I'll try adding the small amount of mustard redhatterb mentions next time because it sounds like a tasty addition.
I 've never had it but I would try making it with a bit of canned whole cranberries. Mix a little mayo and the berries and sample it for sweetness. You can adjust the taste, if not I would just put a thin layer of canned cranberries and then the mayo on the sandwich. I've done this before with leftover turkey and dressing and it makes a great sandwich. Try it, it just might work and it's certainly not complicated.
I found this with a quick Google search; sounds good to me!
1 1/2 cup jellied cranberry sauce
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise dressing
Combine ingredients in a small mixing bowl, whisking until smooth.
