Grind cranberries, apples, and oranges very fine. Combine sugar and pineapple. Heat to boiling and dissolve gelatin. Stir in nuts and ground fruit. Chill. If you want to mold your salad, add an extra 3 oz. package of gelatin. Apples may or may not be peeled.

Quick and easy to make. Combine cranberry sauce, pineapple, marshmallows, and lemon juice. Spread in bottom of 8x8 inch pan. Combine whipped cream, mayonnaise and sugar.
Combine first 3 ingredients and chill overnight. Next morning, add next 3 ingredients. Fold all into 1 cup whipped cream.
Mix thoroughly. Spoon into muffin cups. Freeze 3 at least 3 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 30 minutes before serving and place in refrigerator. Serves 6-8.
