Okay so you're probably wondering what in the world is that? Well oat milk is very heathy, and it makes a great non-dairy alternative. I first found out about it at Starbucks they have something called a honey oat milk latte. So I thought I can make my own.

You can use it in cereal, coffee, or just drink it on its own maybe with a little additional maple syrup for taste;)
Tip: Chill it in the fridge:) or if you want to drink right away just add some ice, trust me it's better cold. Also do not shake before use, the remaining bits of oats will have settled and it is more smooth in texture.

That looks really easy to make. I haven't tried oat milk yet but I hear it is very tasty. We use coconut milk and almond milk as a substitute for cow milk. I looked into making almond milk at home but almonds are so expensive, I never pursued it.
It is very easy! I know someone who makes their own almond milk, and even though it takes more time and resources she loves it!
This is so easy that even I can make it. A quick question: can I use steel cut or instant oats instead of rolled oats? Thanks.
Hey my friend! Actually not quite sure on that one, I haven't really experimented with that much lol! My guess would be that instant oats would be better then steel cut oats;)
