Cook squash just until tender in chicken bouillon and just enough water to cover; drain. Combine in a bowl the sour cream, chicken soup, carrot and onion. Add cooked squash. Put into a greased casserole. Top with the butter and stuffing that has been mixed together. Bake 30-45 minutes in 350 degrees F oven.
