Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Wash and dry chicken pieces. Season the pieces, dip them into milk, and coat with corn flake crumbs. Arrange in single layer in an oiled shallow baking dish. Pieces of chicken should not touch each other. Bake 45 minutes. You can turn them half way through cooking time if you like.
