This is a recipe for healthy, crispy chicken thighs without deep frying or a lot of oil. This can be eaten as an entrée, or as an appetizer, cut for snack finger food.
Prep Time: 10 minutes + 30min/1 hr marinate
Cook Time: 40 minutes
Total Time: 50 minutes
Yield: 4 people
Ingredients:
- 4 lb chicken thighs
- 2 Tbsp salt
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1-2 Tbsp rosemary

Steps:
- Remove bones, wash and pat dry thighs.
- Mix together the seasoning - salt, pepper, sugar, rosemary. Then marinate chicken thighs with the seasoning for 30 minutes - 1 hour in the fridge.

- Line foil, drizzle with olive oil, add chicken thighs over and sprinkle garlic powder on the tops of each chicken thigh.

- Bake at 405 degrees for 40 minutes, or until ready.

405 degrees? Was that a typo?

Yes, the author precisely meant 406 degrees.

Nope! :) Trial & error for me and I found at 405 it was the right consistency. May vary depending on oven.

I had saved this recipe and decided to try it last week.
It turned out great and not a lot of 'fixing'
I used my toaster oven because I'm in Florida with beautiful 80-90 degree weather and did not want to heat up my kitchen.
Chicken still spot on!
Everyone that eats a lot of chicken should try it as it is different and easy to fix and easy clean-up.
Thanks for this recipe.
