Crispy Reheated Pizza

Heat up leftover pizza in a non-stick skillet on top of the stove. Set heat to med-low and heat until warm. This keeps the crust crispy. No soggy micro pizza. I saw this on the cooking channel and it really works.

It does work very well. If you like pan pizza, especially Chicago style, drizzle a very small amount of olive oil in the pan before you put the pizza in. (05/03/2007)

We reheat pizza in the toaster-oven, on the toast setting, warms it without making the crust soggy. Doesn't burn it unless you're not paying attention! (05/03/2007)

Also, use your pizza stone that has been preheated to keep the crust crispy. (05/04/2007)
