The completed crispy scrambled eggs with a dipping sauce.Some may call it omelette but in my place, we called it scrambled egg. Our mornings will never be complete without it. Today, my husband requested for a little twist on scrambled egg for a change. So I did this.

Ingredients for crispy scrambled eggs.
 

Steps:

  1. Crack the eggs, add salt and beat. This process is what we literally call as scramble that is why instead of omellette, we call it scrambled eggs.
  2. Scrambling the eggs in a bowl.
     
  3. Cook over medium heat.
  4. Cooking the scrambled eggs.
     
    The cooked eggs.
     
  5. Slice in smaller portions then set aside.
  6. Cutting the scrambled eggs in sections.

  7. Combine flour, powdered seasoning, baking powder and ground pepper. Mix well.
  8. Mixing together the flour coating for the eggs.
     
  9. Divide mixture into two parts.

  11. Add water to the second bowl of flour mixture and mix well to make a batter.

  13. Take a slice of egg and dip it into the batter.

  15. Then transfer to the dry mixture and coat well. Dip it back to the wet mixture if necessary.

  17. Fry until both sides are golden brown.
