Do you have any words of wisdom as I approach the task of making my first Crown Royal quilt? Do the bags need to be stabilized? Do you have a pattern that you like to use that you would be willing to share? I am good at following directions, but not so great at coming up with the idea.

I have just started working with Crown bags and I have found if you wash them (after removing the ties) in cold water with white vinegar they do not fade. This is my first time working with them, but I tended bar for 20+ years so I have a ton of them. Hope all goes well with whatever is attempted with bags. (01/16/2009)
