Crumbly Peach Pie

My mom used to make this peach pie all the time. My favorite peach pie recipe!

Ingredients:

  • Unbaked pie shell

Crumbly crust:

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup margarine

Filling:

  • 4 cups peaches
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. tapioca or cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:

Prick the unbaked crust and sprinkle 1/3 of the crumble mixture on bottom. Mix filling ingredients and let stand for 15 minutes. Pour over the crust and spread rest of crumbs over peaches. Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes, then turn oven down to 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.

Prep Time: 15-20 Minutes
Cooking Time: 30 Minutes
