I love my little space. I have a grey feature wall with a white TV stand in front of it, and the rest of the room is light grey. I have a white and grey couch, a grey mat, and a silver coffee and side tables.
Currently I have red and cream curtains, but don't think the curtains complement the colours. Should I paint my wall white or should I change the colour curtains and to what colour?

I suggest you to change the color of your wall into white, so that all the colors of your curtain will compliment to the color of your wall.
I don't think that painting the wall white is going to improve the colour matching of the curtains, especially if they are cream. I think the red curtain overpowers the room, and the cream doesn't go with the grey as well as another colour might. I would switch out the drapes to something less bold - maybe a silver grey drape, or a black/white/grey print.
If you want to add some colour, go with a colour in a print in your curtain - say red/white/black/grey, and then some cushions in the same material, or red, white, and grey cushions. My personal preference would be a grey that either matches the feature wall, or matches the main wall colour. I think drapes should be a backdrop in a room, not yell "look at me, look at me!".
