I'm stuck, please help. I want a bluish-green and golden living room with black and white accents, but the architecture is throwing me off. The curtains make the whole room. What would you you do with this off-center in too many ways room? I need, the color for the curtains and how to hang them.

I would have white lace panels with a bluish-green valance on top.
You'll want to start the curtains at the very top of the wall above the windows to give your room some height. Add some golden hues to the sides. You can even keep those cyan ones.
I would go with gold color curtains. I do not know if you use your fireplace but note the curtains would hang very close, so do tie them back when you do light a fire .
Agreed with the comment about hanging them from the very top, much more visually appealing.
Based on your color choices desired, think of the colors in a peacock feather - they have a golden tone with blue/green hues as inspiration.. (*this does not mean you have to USE peacock feathers, but you may find a vase of them to be inspiring).
i like the light coloured/cyan curtain idea because this wall looks like the only source o fnatural light in this room and putting too heavy a curtain will kill that
i would stick with the cyan light or go white/yellow
kind of wish to see bold primary colours like yellow curtans, red carpet, green and blue furnishings, etc. The geometry suggests that to me
