I was wondering what curtains to put in my living room. The window is on an accent wall which is a plum. The other three walls in the living room are a cream color and furniture is olive green with plum accent pillows. Also was wondering about suggestions for an area rug color.

For the curtain, I would suggest you choose a curtain in the same color family as the accent wall but in a lighter shade. A patterned material that incorporates plum, cream and dark green would add cohesiveness to the room. A rug that incorporates the colors of the walls and furniture would unify the room. If you prefer a solid color rug, I'd go with a cream colored rug.
