Beige is a neutral color, you can do any color. From very dark to pastels. Try your favorite color, or a color that makes you happy when you see it!
Since the couch is gray, you might want to choose blue/gray curtains for the room. If you're looking for a bold contrast, consider burgundy or dark green curtains. A safe color choice would be to select curtains that are a darker shade of beige/brown than the walls.

You need to decide if you want this to be feminine or masculine or neutral first as colors reflect these types.
If you take several pictures when you visit the store where you wish to purchase your curtains (drapes?) you should take the pictures with you and maybe ask for help with the colors.
I always think it's a good idea to buy curtains from a local store because it is much easier to return if the color does not work out (and probably 20-60% of the time it does not) (I read that online).
Some big stores are opening again so think about that before you buy.

I really think I would go with a brighter color to add some lights to the dark colors that you already have. I love the teal color that mixes so well with black and grey.
