This is a way to make your paper towel rolls last longer. Simply cut each sheet in half and place them into an empty tissue box.
You can then place the box on your paper towel holder by cutting a small opening on one end of the box. Slide the box down.
Store away the extra sheets until needed. I find this helpful to reduce the usage of big sheets, when only a small one is needed.

Instead of using all that time cutting paper in half, why not just buy the kind of towels that tear off a half width? I don't think they are any more expensive that the rolls that are just whole towels.

It took such little time actually.That's for us that already have the other kind.Plus, pulling out the pre-cut ones makes it even easier. A good project for little ones as well so they think twice about waste.
