I didn't want to pay the high price of a personalized type t-shirt, so I made my own for my granddaughter who is very involved in the sport of jiu-jitsu.

Total Time: 1 hour
Supplies:
1 new, unwashed t-shirt
t-shirt design
iron on transfer paper (Print 'n Press)
iron
scissors
Steps:
Choose a design and if it has wording, use the free program LunaPic to edit and "mirror image" the wording. Print onto transfer paper (following instructions) using an inkjet printer. Let set for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, iron t-shirt. Place design, face side down, onto t-shirt. The instructions said to iron for 15 to 20 seconds, but I had to iron it for at least a minute for it to set. I slowly peeled up the paper a little at a time to make sure the design was transferred. If it wasn't, I ironed it for a bit longer.

Once paper has been removed, let design set for a few hours. Before wearing, follow the laundering instructions on the paper transfer package.
