I got half of my hair bleached about a year ago and I dyed it a nutmeg brown a month ago. The ends where it was bleached blonde are lighter than the top of my hair. Can I dye my hair again with the same color to fix the lightness at the bottom or will it not change my hair at all?

You should normally wait 2 weeks to dye your hair again. If you just want to try and dye the end of the hair to see if you can even out the color I do not think it would hurt too much. You may need to trim your hair and do a lot of heavy conditioning to the bottom of the hair after it is dyed again.
Yes, you can. I'd make sure to dye the whole lot and nut just the ends or you'll be left with chunky splotches of colour.
