If she is self-conscious about unwanted facial hair, there are depilatories that work well. There is also a facial "mitten" that, when rubbed on the face, removes the hair.
Just love her and let it grown out. She will learn from her mistakes. And, some peer pressure may also come into play on this one.
Doesn't your daughter know sideburns on women are considered sexy? A lot of models would give their left ovary to have sideburns.
And too, I guess your daughter doesn't know how creative she can be with those sideburns and a bottle of Guiche.
Spit curls for days. Yes!
I have two boys both are grown now. You will look back at this in a few years and laugh about it. Enjoy them while you have them cause in the blink of an eye they are gone. Don't sweat the small stuff and pick your battles if not you will be in constant conflict.
am sorry I would do anything to get these off my face
