I quick Google search shows many cities have day care with happy in the name so you will need to be careful you don't select the same name as another one in your town.
Maybe to make yours just a little different use your name it it..

Happy To Help! (HTH). Why? Service Industry personnel in some cases are asked to say that to individuals who were thanked for their services. It's better than saying "You're Welcome" because almost everyone else says that whereas, "Happy To Help" adds another layer of assurance that the individual not only performs a paid service but more importantly, they are "eager" to help. When people drop off their children at a Day Care Facility wherein it's name implies confidence in the assurance that the staff is not just duty bound to serve the child's needs but that they are also "happy to help". Thus, the sign could read: "Happy To Help Child Care" "Happy To Help Daycare" or something of that nature...
